Report to General Manager.
Supervise 6 staffs (4 accountants, 1 operation officer, 1 Chief of Accounts).

• Responsible for monthly financial reports.
• Developing reports for top management
summarizing the business financial position in areas
of income, expenses, capital usage and cash flows,
and coordinate the preparation of strategic plans,
budgets and financial forecast.
• Analysis of operating expenses and revenue.
• Establish company yearly budget, quarterly
forecasting.
• Control company expenditure and financial status.
• Cash management.
• Assist in Sales strategies.
• Work closely with Sales Manager to follow up
budget and forecast as well.
• Monitor Corporate Policies.
• Payroll Administration.
• Take care Human resource & Administration.
• Responsible for financial and management functions
including the review of systems of internal controls
and financial procedures and providing advice to the
business units on all financial matters.
• Ensure efficient running of the accounting and
information department.
• Plan and control of overhead expenditures and
financial results
established long term objectives.
• Manage the accounting system including accounts
payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, project
costing, inventory, cash flow projection, credit and
corrections to contribute to overall financial and
performance results. Ensure compliance with
corporate, local statutory requirement through
appropriate record keeping.
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, legal consultants and
statutory bodies.
• Negotiating with the banks, answer any queries or
clarifications in the financial statements.
• Help management make financial decisions.
• Developing, leading, Tracking and executing
purchasing strategies, to reduce expenses and
improve effectiveness.
• Negotiating price and terms of Raw materials/
Machinery and equipment with major suppliers and
communicate directly with them to closing deals with
optimal terms, such as SABIC, UNICOIL (KSA), Al Ezz
Dekheila Steel Co. (EGY), HOLIN WORLD
PRODUCTS LTD.(Taiwan), BENDER GmbH SIEGEN
(Germany).
• Seeking with reliable vendors and suppliers and
managing relationships.
• Full knowledge of the laws and courts, Saudi Arabia,
especially the implementation court and the board of
grievances.
• Preparing Financial Statements, Financial Reports
for internal and external usage.
• Successfully activated the company's ERP system in
2012.
• Succeeded in obtaining financing for the company of
more than one local bank and finance companies for
the purchase of raw materials and fixed assets.
• Contributing to the preparation and processing of
Saudi Aramco requirements, and adopt the company
as a vendor.
• Successfully preparing an effective restructuring of
the company.
• Working as a project manager for Strategic
Restructuring in collaboration with PA Consulting
Services Limited (“PA”), and get a report (Commercial
Plan) assessing MMICO’s current situation and
developing a new commercial strategy to generate
more growth.

Delinquency Control Officer & Collection Operation Officer في Arab Bank plc.

Report to Delinquency Control Manager.

• Manage cards & loans collection process.
• Negotiate settlements /workout distressed customers.
• Ensure implementation of critical control processes.
• Arrange & reschedule payments for delinquent customers to ensure their commitment.
• Giving feedback to the credit officers about credit policy and clients credit history.
• Managing clients’ accounts and coordinating transfers between accounts.
• Identify the real or likely reasons for the delinquency, thus enabling the collector to formulate the most appropriate credit and collection strategies.
• Prepare warning letters for delinquent customers before preparing reports on to handle them to the legal department, after ensuring that all possible procedures were duly undertaken such as 90 days of delinquency were passed.
• Maintain and update a data base of customers against whom the bank undertook legal actions, which should be classified according to the product / service type in order to be followed - up with the bank’s legal department.
• Follow up on the reports of overdrawn accounts on daily basis; communicate with BMs, and following up these accounts till the settlement or taking the actions according the rules and regulations of the Central Bank.
• Coordination with the credit recovery department about procedures for hopeless cases and bad debts.

• Participate in calculating the provisions related to devaluation and retail credit risk (in coordination with concerned parties) in order to ensure its appropriateness with rules and regulations of the Central Bank.
• Participate in classifying the retail accounts according to the rules and regulations of the Central Bank.
• Follow up with Insurance Division for the deceased customers' loans and credit cards until the settlement upon compensation from insurance company.
• Replying and confirming withdrawal for customers from Arab Bank branches.
