• Work with Procurement teams in terms of requirements of Sustainable procurement policies.
• Review & approve Material Submittals to ensure compliance with Project Sustainability requirements.
• Coordinate with the Client, Consultants, relevant project members/subcontractors to ensure full implementation, and Ensure Project complies with all the Project Sustainability requirements during Construction phase and achieve the targeted Sustainability rating.
• Gather, Compile and generate, if needed, all the Sustainability related documentations/data required during Construction stage, from all the parties involved, for the further Submissions to the Client or relevant authorities/certifying bodies.
• Verify completion of LEED NC elements for the site based on construction activities.
• Coordinate and manage the effective, high quality and timely interface between the Sustainability team, Oxagon development teams and other NEOM Departments and Sectors in relation to planning, design, construction, and operation for all infrastructure projects across Oxagon & Spine Earthworks, and all other NEOM Project.
• Manage the review of all NEOM projects pertaining to infrastructure against NEOM Sustainability requirements for the Built Environment.

• Conducting daily environmental inspection at project site, Using Xylem Software & Hobo Software, QA/QC of in-situ Daily Report, with Soft Ware, Prepared Environment Audit Reports and upload in respective site.
• Assessing the Red Sea Zone Authority (RSZA's) current environmental sustainability performance and identify and prioritize the organization's key sustainability issues.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• The consultant will be responsible for driving performance across the sustainability projects for the department and establishing necessary project controls required to deliver sustainability policy and regulatory instruments. The role will include the support in program management, and extended support to the project managers with progress reporting including schedule updates, forecast to complete, variance identification and opportunities for improvement. Tasks may include project coordination, preparing consultant statements of work, meeting preparation and coordination, stakeholder engagement, document/ presentation preparation and review.
• Assist & guide the design team with LEED requirements and prepare the credit documentation for LEED submission.
• Commissioning review at schematic & development stage.
• Prepare & modify energy models for commercial, Residential & data center projects.
• Co-ordinate with Co-workers, attend meeting with the consultants of various disciplines to clarify issues related to sustainability.
• Conducting presentations, meeting, and other communication activities, leading and directing the project planning effort prepares and manager green building evaluation report / Green Building Certification process.

• Responsible for the Coordination of the LEED Team, guiding clients through the green building design and construction process.
• Conducting presentations, meeting and other communication actives, leading and directing the project planning effort prepares and manager Green Building evaluation report / Green Building Certification Process.

• Implement solutions that accelerate sustainability at the airport
• Implement the strategic direction into priorities, objectives, projects, and a clear evaluation framework
• Initiate and manage relevant sustainability projects, to identify opportunity areas for new technologies, processes, products, and services, which will be feasible, viable and desirable for sustainable airport operations.
• Identify, collect, and categorize touchpoints, personas, as-is, service blueprints, storyboards, prototypes, at the airport and methodologies to track and record the future state journeys of persons and goods through the airport.
