KPM: Key project manager
- Proactive acquisition approach to all companies at major construction sites
- Develop strong relationships with the technical decision makers at customers’ offices to assure a high degree of success in achieving favorable Hilti Product Specifications and within the assigned segment.
- Creating & executing a collection plan based on projects potential & customer history.
- Marketing and technical seminars to show our value proposition to the customer
- Conduct competent product presentations to increase the positive perception of the company
- increase the Product Line Penetration to all companies active onsite (across all segments)
- Project Management and Sales Support to Top Engineering Firms, Specifier, Authorities and
Institutions.
- Schedule production based on inventory and sales needs. Ensure that all products produced meets or exceeds customer’s expectations regarding quality and service.
- Coordinate the plant preventative maintenance program. Maintain plant in excellent condition, mechanically and esthetically.
- Perform monthly inventory, adjustments, and allocations to other facilities.
- Improving products mix design & ensuring quality with QC on daily basis.
- Screen wage employment applications, schedule, and conduct interviews.
- Ensure that a safe workplace is maintained, based on Company policies and OSHA guidelines. Ensure that operation remains in compliance with all applicable environmental standards.
- Handle all required reporting for material consumptions, productivity etc.
- Coordinate the technical training of all plant wage employees and schedule accordingly.
- Maintain good working relationships with co-workers and outside agencies’ personnel.
- Communicate with Area and General Manager on all aspects of plant operations.
- Review monthly financial reports for assigned responsibilities and provide explanations on the variances to the budget.
Project: King Abdullah University for Science and Technology (KAUST), Thuwal, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
Site Engineer:
• Projects execution & supervision for master shading system.
• Follow up and coordination between KAUST clients and subcontractors.
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
• liaising with clients and their representatives, including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
Planning engineer:
• Planning and scheduling projects (Civil & Mechanical)
• Execution strategies & method statement: develop schedules based on execution strategy laid down by PM- Identifying major milestones in method statement-coordinate with project supervisor compliance of trade method statement s with schedule established sequence and relations between various activities.
• Planning and program: Identify specification requirements; presenting formats that illustrate delay impact and various scenarios as required by PM and develop sub-programs as needed; coordinating with PM on global planning and milestones identification, agree on sequences and durations with CM and present for PM for approval.
• Shop Drawings- As built drwgs: Develop schedule of submittals.
• Claims and variations: Assist and illustrating and substantiating variations time effect and claim events.
