• Make sure that all the reports are running and being delivered to all the concern parties
• Fraud Management ( Direct Sales Level )
• Direct Sales KPI’s Development & Measurement
• Calculation of the Sales commission (Partner & Teams)
• Stock management and Item Creation of Non Zain Items for the partners
• Administrate the Airport Proxy Server.
• Administrate Active Directory.
• Dispatch Network Engineers and assign work to them.
• Make sure that all Help Desk Calls are resolved and followed through.
• Report all major issues to the manager all Help Desk and give periodical reports and statistics.
