• Support the beneficiaries and the employers to address any issues/concerns and ensure their labor rights are upheld .
• Conduct post monitoring of project outcomes as needed;
• Provide livelihood counseling to beneficiaries to raise their awareness on the job market and available opportunities .
• Recommend appropriate types of vocational training for each program beneficiary based on their experience, skills and interests .
• Reports regularly to the Livelihoods officer on activities progress and challenges .

o Organized all the filed task and follow up in all working sites .

o Work with water and sanitation links in Irbid governorate
o Work with Irbid electricity company in their links with coordination with governmental sectors
o Coordinate with other governmental partner like the municipalities, the police stations in the location where we worked on it . .
