Determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans.
Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.
Supervising junior auditing personnel and implementing their research work into the auditing process.
Maintenance of Company’s Governance Rules, ensuring they are understood and followed by the employees.
Supporting the central internal control department & supporting the external auditors.
Ensuring all legal entities in scope are compliant with applicable laws and internal governance standards.
Evaluate the internal control systems of the organization, identify shortcomings, and recommend suitable changes to management Identify and deliver process improvements both regional and local where applicable.
Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions.
Maintain open communication with management and audit committee.
Advising legal entity directors and boards on their roles and responsibilities.
Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process.
Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.
Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement.
Practicing the profession of internal auditing based on " International Professional Practices Framework" "IPPF".
Familiar with the frameworks: governance, risk management and internal control Suchas :"Sarbanes-Oxley "Act, "King IV", "ISO26000", "COSO", " ISO31000", "CoCo" Model, "eSAC", "COBIT", "Cadbury" Report.
