• Work with the senior management team to develop business plans and budgets that
Will meet the short and long-term needs of the MICE business.
• Planning and managing of university, schools, private and corporate group travel from
Initial request to complete execution
• Oversee strategic supplier negotiation and contracting to leverage service levels, cost
Savings and ensuring supplier relationships are being well maintained.
• Provide leadership, support and guidance in terms of best practices for team’s personal
Development.
• Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers including DMCs, inbound Tour
Operators, 3rd Party Suppliers, transportation companies, Hotels with contracted rates,
B2B suppliers.
• Dealing with walk-in passengers for outbound leisure traveler.
• Communicate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate Destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
(Customize Holiday Packages) .
• Handel groups request, educational trips, incentive trips
• Generate Delay & weekly reports
• Assist in solving reservation problems
• In Charge of the holiday’s reservations department for the assigned shift.
• Responsibilities to all telephone queries and walk in business, Handling Airline & hotel bookings Strong skills in selling and handling package & Handle corporate request.
• Book cruises, train ticket, car rental, using all the online wholesaler for hotel booking and any other service ( Trade net emirates , GTA, Paris Disneyland system, Insurance .. et )
• Using Galileo, Amadeus & Sabre system.
• Handel Sub agents, MICE, B2B & B2C reservations.
• Also Take care for doing sales to MICE department ( school & University )
• Keep a track of sales are diverted to the preferred suppliers appointed by the company
• Keep a track of incentive based targets work towards achieving the same
• Assist in solving reservation problems
• Responsible for smooth operation of the reservation department in assigned shift
• Maintain quick turnaround time for all reservations / enquiries received
• Ensure written communications
• Ensure service guarantee for all reservations mad
• Responsible to get explanation / compensation from suppliers for services not provided as per the confirmation.
• In Charge for the office & staff
• In Charge of the holidays reservations department.
• Responsibilities to all telephone queries and walk in business, Handling Airline & hotel bookings Strong skills in selling and handling package & Handle corporate request
• Book cruises, train ticket, car rental, using all the online wholesaler for hotel booking and any other service ( Trade net emirates , GTA, Paris Disneyland system, Insurance .. et ) .
• Using Galileo, Amadeus & Sabre system.
• Create fix departure tour programs for Holidays and summer with blocking seats planning
• Marketing plan (Adds in news paper, SMS shoots, E-mail Shoots et. ...)
• Keep a track of sales are diverted to the preferred suppliers appointed by the company
• Assist in solving reservation problems.
• Responsible for smooth operation of the reservation department in assigned shift
• Maintain quick turnaround time for all reservations / enquiries received
• Ensure service guarantee for all reservations made
• Responsible to get explanation / compensation from suppliers for services not provided as per the confirmation.
• Deal With costumer for all travel service.
