CO-ORDINATE & FACILITATE
-Acts as the focal point for all project activities including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning (as applicable) and retains the final responsibility for the execution of the Project.
Confidently carried out several T/A project with proper planning of schedule, resources interaction of abroad vendor and contractor
Attended several FAT in kingdom and in Europe.
Represents the Company as a Client and resolves all issues related to the implementation of the Project activities.
In coordination of the Project team look in depth at the contract's elements, understand the Scope of Work and endorse the affiliate’s needs and objectives, assimilating what has been approved from board during commercial phase.
Put in place the project team and structure by defining and implementing, in cooperation with the pertinent key personnel, the Project Organization Chart, the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and the project Execution Plan (PEP).
Acts as the single point of contact with the affiliate, procurement, design, quality, global vendors, process licenser and O.E.M and ensures positive relations are maintained within the Contract obligations.
Ensures the preparation, implementation, and updating of the project Quality Plan and ensure that all project members are familiar with its contents.
Defines and organizes the utilization of the human resources, machinery, materials, Contractors, and anything else, plans the necessary procedures for the execution of the project.
Maintains close links with the partners of a consortium or other affiliate. Proposes the make-up of the Project Team and issue, in the project initial phase, the co-ordination procedure, even if only partial.
Ensures the development and the constant updating of the Project Execution Plan, monitoring the progress of the project phases, in accordance with the scheduled times and the cost and quality estimates and objectives.
Worked as instrument and control engineer for “Power & Water Utility Company
• Responsible for control system e.g. DCS, SCADA, PLC and relay logic
• Engineering solution of chronicle problem and other activities for external services.
• Being a member of ISO team frequently inspection in calibration bench set-up, certification for master instrument calibration to avoid non conformance.
• Preparation of capital project, budget and cost estimation for next year and T/A.
Worked as instrument and control engineer for construction of Petrochemya olefins and GAS Plant, SABIC
• Responsible for project execution as per design document provided by M/S. TECHNIP for 8 ethane cracking furnaces
• Execution of field activities as per design and submission of marked-up.
• Prepare bid evaluation report purchase recommendation approval by client for construction material.
• Preparation of quality document (inspection test plan, RFI, JSA etc) for approval and coordination for inspection by client.
