Summary:
A primary business analyst in augmented reality mobile apps development company, working as part of an agile team and participate in full SDLC

Job Duties:
• Responsible for bridging the gap between agile team members and stakeholders.
• Working as part of a scrum team to deliver required tasks and keep improving existing business processes.
• Using JIRA & Confluence to initiate and track agile team tasks.
• Defining and creating detailed business requirements document BRD with user stories and needed diagrams.
• Initiate sprints and conduct sprint meeting to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Set up and document a standard operating procedure (SOP) for various departments.
• Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget

• Led the creation of comprehensive business requirements documents, user stories, and
acceptance criteria.
• Utilized JIRA and Confluence for sprint initiation, backlog refinement, and task tracking.
• Set up and documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve workflow efficiency
across departments.
• Participated in creating job descriptions for departmental roles to support clear role definitions
and align team responsibilities with project objectives.
• Conducted sprint ceremonies to ensure alignment on project requirements, schedules, and
deliverables.
• Utilized visualization tools such as Visio, Figma, and Draw.io to create and present clear
workflows, processes, and system designs

• Established Procurement and HR departments by developing company policies, procedures, and
document templates (RFP, P&Q, Job Descriptions, Contracts, and Organizational Charts).
• Analyzed and implemented a new HR software to optimize staffing workflows.
