Summary:
A primary business analyst in augmented reality mobile apps development company, working as part of an agile team and participate in full SDLC
Job Duties:
• Responsible for bridging the gap between agile team members and stakeholders.
• Working as part of a scrum team to deliver required tasks and keep improving existing business processes.
• Using JIRA & Confluence to initiate and track agile team tasks.
• Defining and creating detailed business requirements document BRD with user stories and needed diagrams.
• Initiate sprints and conduct sprint meeting to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Set up and document a standard operating procedure (SOP) for various departments.
• Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
Working in a consulting company in a project to develop Policies & Procedure for a leading
Jordanian bank and its six subsidiaries.
Project scope includes Loans, Leasing, factoring, credit cards, Logistic fields, and stocks.
Job Duties:
• Gathering Requirements and Information to identify as-is process through visiting clients
and elicit through on-site work observation to know how the work has done.
• Document gathered business needs.
• Building business as-as diagrams and workflows (process Mapping using Microsoft
Visio).
• Analyze workflows, identify objectives, scope, players (who do what) and work areas to
find how the process can be improved in addition to locate gaps.
• Develop to be, set new methods, eliminate unnecessary work, combine steps, rearrange
steps, add new where necessary.
• Manage process, review routinely, and monitor process for changes.
• Writing and document P&P (Policies and Procedures) manuals.
Summary:
Lead Organization switch to a new computerized method of sale (Accounting, Inventory), by comparing and analysis of Computer Systems, in addition to start and set an inventory barcoding system.
