• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Forecast and track regular key account metrics.
• Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
• Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product.
• Briefly, I worked on R&D projects for whether established or potential clients; these projects were meant to either technically modify, develop, or even create new products, in response to client’s demand or even to my suggestions. Also, got the company to have a market share in new sectors that it has never been participated in. And succeeded in qualifying new leads to become a closed won opportunities. More details will be given during the interview.
• Supervise the support services and workflow to ensure that the system is
compatible with the global quality systems and TBmid (The US Airforces food
safety and quality standards).
• Troubleshoot problems dealing with food safety or quality; ensure proper action is
taken per written programs, team member in decisions as to root cause / corrective
actions.
• Inspect operations field and the whole DFAC with USAF’s Public Health Rep. in-
Base.
Mainly the following:
* The primary focus and objective is to support Nabil’s QSRs with product
development and to optimize ease of execution including costing control.
* Directly reporting to R&D Manager.
* Acting R&D Manager during the absence of R&D Manager and reporting to the Technical Director.
* Communicate with food additives suppliers and test them on lab experiments.
•Working on intellectually stimulating projects.
•Pushing forward the frontiers of technology development.
•Talking to VIPs one day and being in a muddy field doing trials the next.
My job is to make sure everything goes perfect while considering precision and time managing on high scales and levels plus having responsibility of leading a whole team and developing the manufacturing process with less cost, effort, and time towards creating elite results.

A 30 hrs course about the management skills to solve and/or to avoid all types of potential risks/crisis (financial crisis, regulatory crisis ....etc).
