Preparation of Layout drawings for Clearances & Overall dimensions Of Distribution Transformers in the light of relevant Standard & Customer requirement.
Prepare Dimensional Sketches of all type and rating of Transformers for Inquiries.
Making plan and drawing for repairing old transformers.
Preparing sketches of Pad Mounted and Pole Mounted Transformers as per using Panel and requirement of customer.
Preparing all type Design and repairing data for Corrugation, Corrugation Radiator and Pressed Steel Radiator type Transformers.
Preparing production schedule of Power and Distribution Transformers.
Preparation of all Mechanical manufacturing drawings using Pro E and Auto CAD for production and Manufacturing processes.
Automatic Module of Transformer design in excel and link to Pro-E for preparing automatic 3D Design and 2D Drawings.
To ensure that all the drawings are followed for manufacturing & there is no problem during working at Work shop floor.
Development of Prototype T/F (Impulse & Short Circuit) fabrication Drawings.
To prepare complete Bill Of Quantity (BOQ) of all local & Export type of all rating Transformers.
To prepare Mechanical costing of all local & Export type of all rating Transformers.
Verifying the drawings of all parts and components of every type & rating of Transformer.
Execution team leader for Prototype and special rating Transformers.
Researching historical data (Purchase Orders, Subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc.) and compiling summary reports to develop guidelines and precedence for future projects.
Prepare Design of machines using 3D software PRO-E, Auto Cad and preparing fabrication drawings.
Preparation of drawings of packaging finished goods in the light of relevant Standard & Customer requirement.
Load analyses of product according to specification.
Meeting with client and marketing to add more suggestions for making product more durable and easy using.
Giving ideas to customer to get product in detachable form for reducing the store space.
Calculation of container configuration for product as placing maximum product in safe way.
Follow up the design and fabrication in workshop according to drawings.
Preparation of drawings of all machines parts related to paper industry and maintenance requirements in Auto Cad and Pro E.
Prepare the BOQ of packaging goods and machines parts.

Responsible of machine shop as being machine shop incharge.
Using new ways to make production smooth and fast along maintaining good quality.
Controlling the production of various parts of motor bikes.
Visiting to HONDA motorcycles factory as a representative of Al-Badar Engineering Works.
