1- US- Canada cross border taxation to individuals and companies. 2- Business start ups. 3- Business plans, financial statement analysis 4- Regular Canadian and US business and individual income tax electronic and paper filing.

B- 1990-95: Pizza store owner (started with one store, increased to three before selling all of them) .
C- 1982-89: Large agree-business manger and agricultural specialist in Khorasan, Iran. Supervised production, personnel and financial aspects of a 500 Hectare mixed farming operation.
D- 1975-79: Hotel owner/operator in Mashhad, Iran
I have degrees form three different countries: 1- Food science degree: Mashhad, Iran- 1977 2- BSc. in agronomy (agriculture), Louisiana, USA- 1981 3- MSc. Ecosystem Ecology, Guelph, Ontario, Canada- 1994 4- MBA: Impacts of human economic activities on Ecosystems- 1994 (same time as MSc.) I was on scholarship from NSERC (Canada) while attending University of Guelph
