• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, building strong customer relationships.
• Identifying customer needs and providing effective solutions and delivering customer service.
• Experience in managing inventory and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Studying the drawings with plan, section, and specification & preparing the cost estimation.
• Quantity take-off using tender drawings, prepare BOQ to cost estimates.
• Procure and estimate materials required to a tight margin in order to minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Production team & visit the site to take right measurements.
• Monitor and record all the materials delivered on site and maintain a log of balance items.
• Prepare monthly progress claim with corresponding for delivered and installed materials.
• Making invoices of running project.
• Coordinate with suppliers to check updated prices and material’s availability for timely delivery.
• In a good relation with heads of major lead suppliers in Gulf market.
• Preparing material request and LPO for the procurement.
• Preparing and maintaining accurate records after dispatch & delivery of material.
• Prepare weekly and monthly report of material and mail to top management.
• To plan, organize and control the purchasing requirements of the company
