Overall rollout responsibility and delivery of all phases of 3G project ($50 Million Annual Value) in the western region of KSA along with project management of the high-profile, key region projects (Hajj 2011-2015) for Network Roll-out and Operation & Maintenance. Successfully completed a scope of 3000 activities in all projects stages.

- Responsible for almost 30 direct staff (Office based + Ericsson's field staff) excluding ASP's (subcontractors).

- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

- Prepare project study, estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, then monitoring and controlling cost control during project life cycle.

- Manage and control all milestones of the project cycle in terms of initiation, acquisition, resources allocation, acceptance testing, and project closure.

internal & external stakeholders, …) by participating in recruitment interviews for personnel.

- Manage the site from RFI stage till it’s commercially handed over to maintenance team & that includes telecom implementation, commissioning, quality assurance testing, HW/SW (HO5) site acceptance, integration, successful Drive Test, & close follow up with initial tuning team till the site is accepted by optimization team & declared as "ON Air" by MNS.

-Drive performance and competence management, conducting resource management and ensuring the quality of the service delivery, and overall project execution.

- Preparing procedures, processes, & guidelines for the field staff as well as ASP for smooth and easy delivery of the project as per customer’s requirements & within the required acceptable quality.

- Attend technical review boards for evaluating field staff as well as ASP teams' work efficiency.

- Identify training requirements for personnel & providing training where needed to maintain proper competence levels.

- Drive weekly routine meetings with all concerned departments & ASPs to closely follow-up on the project's progress.

- Track & maintain weekly/monthly reports including department's KPIs required by both the customer & vendor.

- Establish effective communication channels with customers, upper management, and team members.
