-Providing general project coordination support to STC’s Site Acquisition manager and the whole SAQ team.
- Full ownership of all SAQ related reports, performing deep analysis of these reports/presentations to ensure quality & accuracy of the reported information, as well as consistency and synchronization of all reports.
- Thorough follow-up with the Districts team leaders of all day-to-day tasks, making sure that all vendors are pushing the SHO according to STC policies & regulations and in-line with STC’s Wireless Network Implementation priorities.
- Preparing and following up on the projects implementation plans; communicating & escalating all data discrepancies against the implementation plans.
- Publishing and maintaining up-to-date plans, including SAQ processes improvement for use by management and team members in direction setting, decision-making and general status updates.
- Setting individual KPIs and regular evaluation for all SAQ team members.
Managing the site acquisition & civil work delivery for SACW projects ($ 60 Million Annual Value) in Jeddah supporting and aligning to the overall delivery process and strategies. Successfully deployed a scope of 300 new sites in all project stages.
- Responsible for all the site acquisition, civil, & power teams’ activities as well as supervising and monitoring the performance of up to 15 subcontractors.
- Control the finances with forecasting, cost management, & project delivery with innovative designs to accommodate the city requirements.
- Develop & deliver implementation plans, progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify, manage and control risks during project cycle.
- Coach, mentor, motivate, & supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and be accountable for their assigned work.
- Report project progress internally and to customer, & summarize the lessons learned in the project.
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
Overall rollout responsibility and delivery of all phases of 3G project ($50 Million Annual Value) in the western region of KSA along with project management of the high-profile, key region projects (Hajj 2011-2015) for Network Roll-out and Operation & Maintenance. Successfully completed a scope of 3000 activities in all projects stages.
- Responsible for almost 30 direct staff (Office based + Ericsson's field staff) excluding ASP's (subcontractors).
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Prepare project study, estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, then monitoring and controlling cost control during project life cycle.
- Manage and control all milestones of the project cycle in terms of initiation, acquisition, resources allocation, acceptance testing, and project closure.
- Secure & manage adequate and competent staffing for the project (resources, ASPs, suppliers,
internal & external stakeholders, …) by participating in recruitment interviews for personnel.
- Manage the site from RFI stage till it’s commercially handed over to maintenance team & that includes telecom implementation, commissioning, quality assurance testing, HW/SW (HO5) site acceptance, integration, successful Drive Test, & close follow up with initial tuning team till the site is accepted by optimization team & declared as "ON Air" by MNS.
-Drive performance and competence management, conducting resource management and ensuring the quality of the service delivery, and overall project execution.
- Preparing procedures, processes, & guidelines for the field staff as well as ASP for smooth and easy delivery of the project as per customer’s requirements & within the required acceptable quality.
- Attend technical review boards for evaluating field staff as well as ASP teams' work efficiency.
- Identify training requirements for personnel & providing training where needed to maintain proper competence levels.
- Drive weekly routine meetings with all concerned departments & ASPs to closely follow-up on the project's progress.
- Track & maintain weekly/monthly reports including department's KPIs required by both the customer & vendor.
- Establish effective communication channels with customers, upper management, and team members.

- Preparing & designing nominal plans for operators to expand their networks & excel in the telecommunication industry.
- Detailed cell planning, conducting & leading site surveys as well as preparing & validating site acceptance forms (SAF’s).
-Coverage predictions, traffic, capacity and interference analysis and statistics as well as assisting with their rollout plans.
- Estimating radio network elements and configurations to be implemented for traffic handling.
- Frequency and BSIC planning, network tuning, drive test analysis, and site audits.
- Monitoring KPIs and ensuring that they are maintained at their acceptable values.
- Generating weekly and monthly network statistics & reports in order to resolve customer and end-user
complaints.

- GSM cell planning, conducting & leading site surveys as well as preparing & validating site acceptance forms (SAF’s).
