Installing, configuring, running and insuring that all of IRD-IT equipment and software
Monitor all data back up jobs
Insuring of the network, storages and servers and IRD-IT software policy are secure and protected
Maintaining the network and all of its connected devices
Procuring, replacing and instaling all spare parts needed for computers, printers, projectors, copiers, . . . .
Providing technical specifications and it consaltant for other departments
Responding to any additional task required from the IT Officer in Za’atari camp
Technical support Officer responsible for:
1- keeping all users, servers and services connected to the internet and operating properly
2- installing, configuring and troubleshooting
- input and output devices
- VOIP telephones and mobiles
- routers, switches and storage
- users backup
3- following up on the it needs and the devices supplies
4- technical evaluation and specifications assignment for the procured IT equipment
5- ensuring that all software under policy
should respond to Za’atari, Cyber City And KAP staff queries immediately and provide the technical solutions needed for all workstations exist on that site.
Reporting all tasks and submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports to the IT- Officer in Zaatari.

- developing suatable databases and forms needed to collect the data from the field
- receiving, documenting and tracking the complaints from refugees
- checking the complaints boxes at all IRD community centers around the camp
- developing a sequential and historical complaints log form and report it on weekly basis
