•Handling the visits & follow-up surveys.
•CBO’s & NGO’s Capacity Building.
•Community & Market Engagement Session.
•Stakeholders’ interviews and collaborations finding.
•Growth Grants interviews.
•Startup Grants interviews.
• Prepare training plan for Business training.
• Following up and support the business councilors to achieve the counseling sessions.
• Prepare the professional development for the team.
• Mentoring component activities.
• Coordinate with the IM team to offer the needed data and share the feedback.
• Communicating the Cash Unit to proceed the payments for Growth Grants & Startup Grants.
• Support Services preparations.
• Contacting the trainees in order to share the feedback with the IM team.
• Providing employability training for the trainees.
• Collecting the missing data, documenting, Certificating
• Market Mapping & private sector engaging.
• Following & sport-check.

•Bachelor Degree of Tourism Management,
