• Lead the RM agenda across all channels (including but not limited to AOP and ad-hoc asks), leveraging pricing, pack-price, mix management and trade spend optimization to identify, quantify and align RM opportunities with the company leadership to drive NR growth and targets.

• Develop pack-price scenarios to mitigate market macros and taxes, balancing impact on the company profitability.

• Partner with Finance planning team / sales management and ensure loop closure and reconciliation of numbers to ensure that robust actionable RM initiatives are built into AOP SBP submissions.

• Develop a 3 / 5-year RM roadmap for the company, and partner with PepsiCo Insights team and RM to ensure appropriate field research to verify planned initiatives within Pricing, Pack Price and Trade Promotion - e.g. P3 conjoint, Promo optimization, etc.

• Identify and prioritize key actions to drive NWSP increases through mix optimization and channel differentiated pack-line up.

• Create a monthly RM dashboard to track the performance of RM initiatives and ensure facilitate it to the management.

• Lead the company RM capability agenda thru lift-and-shift of global best-practices and tools (including Assessor, Pack 6W, Mix Mgt Tracker, TM Benchmarks, Trade Promo tools) to ensure sustainable and self-sufficient RM business.

• Interact with PepsiCo Region/Sector RM team for learning and best practices. (ongoing).

• Develop productivity standards and manage data collection / reporting; provide updates as needed on key projects, as well as daily, weekly, monthly performance results.

• Owning the go to market models and recommending best solutions that will positively impact the cost to serve & productivity. i.e. Time to sell, Handheld, pre-Sell, AS&D.

• Develop & drive Sales Go to Market, tools and content.
