• Designing original equipment: Centrifugal Pump - API610, ASME, NFPA, and Aramco Specs
Prepare and documents review (Technical Requestions, General Arrangement, Cross Section,
Equipment Data Sheet, P&ID, Performance Curve, Seal System, etc.)
• Product engineering design and development of devices through production manufacturing
processes including, Hand over Files, Review NMR documentations, customer comments and
creation Bill of Material. Handling high project value 1M$ and above.
• Provide engineering technical support to all stockholder internal and external, vendor, workshop
production, resolve engineering points.
• Project take-over from applications/sales verifying the margins and all deliverables as well as
complete technical and commercial review completed and accepted by both parties.
• Managed design projects, oversaw processes, resolved technical issues, and NCR analyses.
• Review all customer documents (specifications, data sheets, & P.O Review) to determine
customer requirements, compare with sales offering, reconcile and obtain agreement on
discrepancies, and then incorporate agreed upon requirements into the order master.
• Provided technical support with Cladded Parts Manufacturing.
• Matched Engineering Drawing Observation to Production Pipes-Spools
• Ensured all standards of the contracts was met through API 5L, API 5LD, ASME, ISO, etc.
• Inspected & tested products for defects then documented & reported findings.
• SABIC Project, Safety Requirements—Managing Team—Prepare Materials Required
• Lead UPS System Installation, Battery Bank Testing, and Maintenance
• Shift Supervisor responsible for assembling electrical wiring devices.
• Managed the quality of products of electrical plastic pipe.
• Participated with Safety Department in Plant Risk Assessment
• House maintenance & management including installation, repairs, and replacements of electrical devices.
