1-Maintain the safety of staff and machines and minimize injuries as much as possible.

2-Organizing the weekly production plan.

4-Set some rules and regulations for the purpose of work inactivity.

5-Upload all daily reports to senior management.

I joined Saudi chemical company as a production supervisor and within less than 3 years I become a plant manager

Responsibilities during commissioning.

Review of plant PFDS, P&IDs and equipment data sheets
Going through plant specific operating manuals and standard operating manuals.
Checking and following through piping/ equipment according to process flow diagram and piping and instrument diagrams, isometric drawings and mechanical clearance etc.
Checking of plant vessels, columns, and reactors internal like feed nozzles, vortex breaker, distributors and baffles etc.
Tray installation in distillation columns and tray checking for down comer clearance, weir height, levelness and proper tightness of tray deck.
Preparation of water trial run schemes for pumps and successful completion of it.
Leak test of various system including piping, vessels and columns.
Flushing the piping with different kinds of methods like water flushing, fire water
Flushing, hydro jetting etc.
Checking distributor nozzle performance using water pumps.
Checking fire and gas detection system.
Startup & Shutdown activities, normal operation, operation trouble shooting and maintenance activities of phenol & Thermal oxidizer plant & cumene Unit
Taking regular rounds of unit to ensure safe operation of the unit
All activities in area, including, but not limited to, operation of the equipment, preparation for maintenance, preventative maintenance activities, monitoring equipment, minor maintenance, other routine duties
Ensuring strict compliance with safety procedure, work permit procedure.
Equipment handled: All types of pumps and Heat Exchangers, reactors, Vacuum Distillation column, Pressure Distillation Column, Ejectors.
