Capable to prepare Safety Manual\Program according to the (OSHA) Standard which is followed by King Abdulaziz University.
Review Safety Manual\Program for contractor for approval.
Giving Safety Orientation for newly hired Engineers.
Follow up contractors daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Attending contractors weekly safety tool box meetings with all contractor staff also consultant Senior Engineer.
Transmission monthly HSE Report to America using GIMS program.
Review contractors investigations reports.
Has full authority to stop UN Safe works or practices.
Daily inspecting the sites and implementing safety hazards.
Inspecting the scaffold before form works and steel reinforcement work (giving training to Engineers and Forman's how to inspect erections scaffolding, fall protection and emergency procedure).
Giving training for emergency procedure and how to use Fire Extinguisher for any fire accident at sites.
Implementing safety to achieve zero “0’’ Accident.
Giving disciplinary action to contractors who do not follow safety rules.
Monitoring heavy equipment and controlling site traffic control and follow dust control while pouring concrete.
Inspecting the chemical MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet).
Follow up contractors sign boards for all activities (mechanical, electrical and civil).
Follow up contractors maintaining all materials in proper stockpiling.
Give instructions to all contractor to do inspections for all equipments and operators by TUV Company international company doing equipment inspections.
Follow up valid licenses for all contractors equipment (tower cranes, mobile cranes, shovels, bobcats, backhoes and forklifts ….. ) also operators.
Review contractors JSA (Job Safety Analysis) for all activities of PTW (Permit To Work) like trenches e, excavations, confined space, hot works, cold works, pouring concrete, hydro testing, sand blasting etc attach specifications numbers for FLUOR activities.
Have full authority to follow-up filling system.
