• Checks completed layouts and drawings to clarify completeness, conformity to standards, procedures, specifications, manufacturability, and accuracy of calculations and dimensions.
• Conduct comprehensive design reviews with engineering team to confirm that engineering, cost and manufacturability requirements have been met.
• Discuss new methods or changes in methods of production, as needed with department personnel to coordinate the creation of lot specific plans.
• Review drawings to assure functionality and accuracy of dimensions.
• Provide technical drawings to relevant requesting department to be used for fabricating new parts.
