Under the leadership of the Internal Audit Managers and Senior Internal Auditors, the Internal Auditor primary role is to
conduct audits field work and assist in the reporting process.
-Conduct financial, operational and support functions audits within aramex group to assess the adequacy, effectiveness
and efficiency of the established internal controls and procedures.
-Prepare and complete working papers for the performed audits for reporting level.
-Assist Senior Auditors in translating audit findings into comprehensive written audit reports and in obtaining actions
plans.
-Support Senior Auditors in conducting follow up audits and assess the implementation of action plans as agreed with the
audited station management.
-To maintain the company standards for practice of the internal audit.
-Maintain professional practice of internal auditing by complying with standards and the code of ethics developed by the
institute of the internal auditors (IIA).
-To be familiar with generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
in testing or reviewing a company's, or a department's, controls.
-Perform related work as assigned by the Head of Internal Audit, Internal Audit Managers and Senior Auditors
Participate in assurance engagements and executing the work plan.
-Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating
senior team members on progress>
-Help prepare for meetings with target management teams, and participate in these meetings.
-Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties.
-Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.
-Build strong internal relationships within Ernst & Young Assurance and across other services.
-Contribute to people initiatives, including recruiting and retaining assurance professionals.
-Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills of staff.
