PMO, Delivery Excellence and Customer Experience
Leading the strategy implementation and transformation of Tejoury. crafting project and PMO methodologies and practice, as well as realizing and optimizing high growth business of the company. Practices include Strategy and Portfolio management, PMOs and delivery excellence offices creation and transitioning, digital transformation, and business process refining.
Leading development of nation-wide strategy, aiming to spread awareness and encourage mass participation of marine sports and activities, establish and refine polices and regulations for sports and water-activity investment. Extensive, entrepreneurial-oriented, development & transformation in Strategy & Growth (PPP, Business Development & joint venture), Organizational Structure & Operating Model and Portfolio Management as well as Business Automation and Digitalization.
Manage KSA and Pakistan Delivery Excellence team. Main responsibilities include supervising and improving projects delivery, performance and KPIs, plan and monitor KSA and Pakistan portfolio, managing risks, interfacing IBM and clients leadership, and promoting area of automation.

Forcing on helping clients to specify and form business and operational strategies, including: analyze and evaluate process progress and health, Implement and refine advised strategies and processes and Identify and promote clients’ promising opportunities.
Project Manager, Team Lead
Planning, designing, and implementing inventory and cataloging process business transformation, targeting +500, 000-line item. Including: managing modification, delivery of Oracle PIM and INV systems and planning and implementing training and behavioral development of 35+ client’s staff.
Consultant (Business Transformation)
Analyze current international communication practice of local telco provider, identify gaps and areas of operation improvement and promote strategic growth opportunity. A customer experience-centric solution delivered aiming to foster customer experience.
• Inspect business and systems processes for improvement opportunities and Initiate attainment initiatives.
• Evaluate and inspect for issues in business processes, documentation or user's knowledge and experience.
• Design, configuration and support of SAP FI/CO module.
• Analyze and implement functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support preparation of feasibility studies and estimates.
Designing and developing an Appraisal and Goal Evaluation System integrated it with AFG's SAP system.
