Alkhorayef Commercial Company is an industrial company established at 1957 that represent the most recognized international brands in the field of Industry, Energy and Agricultural (Volvo, John Deer, Linde, US motors, CVS Ferrari, Centex, etc…) offering sales, services, and spare parts through more than 10 branches in KSA
Responsible for managing the company branch at the Eastern Province (40 employees) and direct all operational aspects including sales, service, spare parts, warehouse, accountant, and HR
Prepare yearly budgets, costs and issue the targets to meet goals and metrics
Full responsibility to prepare the right strategic planning for all departments and keep monitoring the progress of day to day work to achieve the planned targets and develop forecast
Keep providing the higher management by regular reports at all various levels
Stay abreast of completion market and assess the strategies to determine strength and weaknesses points for the competitors relative to those of our products and service
Evaluate the employees performance regularly and adhere accuracy of hiring new people as per needed
Draw the process flow chart diagrams and reengineer the process to increase the productivity & efficiency
lead the employees at sales, service, and spare parts to be committed with preparing weekly reports and CRM update
Continuously following and analyzing of sales engineers activities( visits, orders, inquires, quotations, expected orders, projects and opportunities) by conducting daily discussions and reviewing the updated reports
Continuously reviewing of customers purchase orders status: shipping, PDI, delivering, start up, payments
Work beside the sales engineers and visit customers to support, negotiate, build good relations and to ensure closing the deals in terms of customers satisfactions
Focus on convincing and motivating the customers to make service contract agreements
Create strong internal communication between sales, service, and spare parts departments
Make sure all customers issues and complaints have been solved
Take the responsibility and evaluate the customers to open credit facilities
Conduct weekly meeting to evaluate the progress and discuss all relevant subjects
Monitor the availability of spare parts at the warehouse and keep coordination with the central warehouses in Riyadh
Motivate the employees and solve all of their issues either with the company or on the personal level
Review the financial status of the customers with the accountant and keep following the collection of the outstanding amounts
Share knowledge with other branches and headquarter on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs
Review all of employees’ s invoices, and expenses and allocate funds appropriately
Apply and activate the marketing tools ( seminars, exhibitions, advertising, and road unipols)
