Payments
• Ensure posting of transactions on a daily basis to fulfill operational
standers
• Reconcile the accounts on a daily basis
• Responsible for inwards /outwards transfers through SWIFT Alliance and
KASSIP
• Process and settle Treasury deals- Fixed deposits and FX Deals
• Update and forward Treasury reports to Central Bank of Kuwait
• Issuance and maintenance of standing orders
• Responsible for processing all types of loans related to credit admin
• Responsible to perform transactions related to Trade/Finance
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory pronouncements
Trainings Included: Treasury Products - FX, Money Markets and
Derivatives (Back Office), SWIFT Release 7.0

• Monitor all bank transfers on the swift system for successful transfers
and payments for local and international that is done by all branches.
• Amending foreign currency transfers on swift system. Print daily,
monthly and yearly reports.

• Internal daily audit of the deals, passed from the Treasury (Deposits, FX
Deals, Nastor transfers). Include approval of deals on system (IMal).
• Check of balances and positions, check reports, documentation and
updating of database system, follow-up with customers and bank
transfers.
