•Prepare and maintain petty cash register,
• prepare journal entries
• reconcile and maintain General Ledger
• assist with year end closings
• administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
• account/bank reconciliations
• review invoices and payments certificates for suppliers & subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit local payments on timely basis supported by proper documentation,
•Undertake any other duties as appropriate within competence, as required by the Management.
• Working and using ERP system Oracle (JD Edward) and ability to work on any other system.
•Maintain confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
