ject Engineer \[Jazan economic city port and infrastructure (onshore package) (Saudi Aramco project))\]:
• Responsible for , soil improvement with our subcontractors as TRAVI responsible for ( dynamic compaction (DC), dynamic replacement (DC)), KELLER responsible for soil improvement for dynamic replacement (stone columns )
• infrastructure work like electrical, telecom duct banks, firefighting pipes, high must foundations and CBGM paving and concrete pads for container yard and bulk terminal
• Led a team of site engineers, supervisors, technicians & workers to carry out work in container yard starting from infrastructure, roads, foundations up to fixing cranes for container yard
• Examining construction drawings and highlighting any discrepancies, performing
Quantity Take-off calculations, preparing method statements, material approval requests and
preparing daily & weekly reports.
• Responsible for controlling lift station & oily water treatment plant from excavation until hand over as per drawing and Aramco standard
• Led a team of site engineers, supervisors, technicians & workers to carry out work in accordance with maps, specifications and other contract documents to ensure efficient and effective use of all resources
• Examining construction drawings and highlighting any discrepancies, performing
Quantity Take-off calculations, preparing method statements, material approval requests and
preparing daily & weekly reports.
As Project Engineer \[Royal Commission Recreational Villas-Industrial Jubial (500 Villas)\]:
• Rendering full assistance to the Project Manager in all activities required to be delivered at the site in timely manner and as per required quality/quantity
• Defining the project materials, manpower and equipments needed to finish the work assigned on time without delays,
issuing the internal supply requests at least before 4 working days of material needs and forwarding it to the Project Manager for approval
• Assessing the subcontractor who finishes work within a period, in coordination with the Project Manager; liaising with Main Store’s Storekeeper and Purchasing Managers for material delivery & receiving in coordination with Project Manager
• Administering the project staff (as mentioned in the project organizational chart) and making sure that all of them are executing tasks in accordance to the approved procedures & forms
• Ensuring that all employees in the project are aware of the company’s quality policy
• Led a team of supervisors, technicians & workers to carry out work in accordance with maps, specifications and other contract documents to ensure efficient and effective use of all resources
• Ensure project's milestones are met.
• Supervising & leading the finishing works
• Coordinating with MEP engineers to follow up the completion of their activities on schedule time.
• Conducting site meetings with sub-contractors to discuss their productivity & resolve any problem occurring on site
As Site Engineer \[Manifa Industrial & Support Buildings Facilities (for Saudi Aramco Company)\]:
• Responsible for controlling cast-in buildings such as administration building (4200 SQM) & dining hall
• Accountable for starting infrastructure, foundations & slabs and finishing them
• Controlled and coordinated the activities of sub-contractors at site and ensured work implementation on time & as per the required quality
• Responsible for concrete Sewell, stone rip rap & stone gabion
• handle team of engineers and foreman's & workers to close all punish list & expiation items made by owner
As Site Engineer \[Khurais Mega Project Residential Recreational & Industrial Complex (for Saudi Aramco Company)\]:
• Responsible for controlling precast & pre-engineered buildings, starting from infrastructure & foundations and finishing up to turn over the project to the owner, while following Aramco standard
• Accountable for planning and coordinating work with other engineers, contractors, management & Aramco consultant
• Led a team of supervisors, technicians & workers to carry out work in accordance with maps, specifications and other contract documents to ensure efficient and effective use of all resources
• Examining construction drawings and highlighting any discrepancies, performing
Quantity Takeoff calculations, preparing method statements, material approval requests and
preparing daily & weekly reports.
• Ensure that all site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop Drawings, method statements, & specification.
• Ensuring safe work environment
• Participating in the handover of the project, establishing defect list, establishing Punch List with the client and ensuring closure of all punch list items
