Senior Product Specialist/ Analytical division -- from May 2017 till now (Western & Southern Area -KSA)
- Duties:
▪ Perform key account planning to identify and develop business opportunities in the laboratory instrument supplies.
▪ Achieving sales objectives through the promotion of various range of products and lab supplies to a variety of customers within research, testing labs.
▪ Providing technical & Sales support to customers
▪ Managing Area Sales, planning and executing marketing and sales activities as; customer seminars, sales visits.
▪ Investigation and reporting of product claims to Customers satisfaction.
▪ Providing application performance comparison with competitor’s products and systems where instructed.
▪ Providing on-site product application support and guidance to recommended applicators.
▪ Assist with Training of Sales Staff and Applicators.
▪ Problem Solving Planning and Organizing
- Principles: Sciex, Analytik Jena, Distek, Phenomenex, ELGA lab water, YSI.
- Customers: All governmental Sectors (universities, hospitals, Forensic and Toxicology labs, water and power),
Private Sector (pharmaceutical, petrochemical, contracting labs, food and beverage)
Look up for inquiries of raw materials used in detergents industries by visiting established clients local and international.
Review the inquiry specification and interview clients to ensure needs are clearly understood.
Scope of products: “Linear alkyl benzene sulphonic acid, sodium lauryl ether sulphate, SLS, pine oil, CDEA, betaine, glycerin, citric acid, etc…”
Key accounts: “Unilever, SIDCO, APCO, BASF, Reza hygiene, etc.”
Submit offers and follow up to get the order and after sale services.
Prepare & Review proposals, and mode of application of products
▪Supervising the operation of Storing, retrieving and mixing, chemicals used in the production process For raw material for phosphate fertilizers
▪Recording information, such as ingredients, weights, and temperature, and inputting into database.
▪Troubleshooting issues with production equipment and processes.
▪Observing all company’s safety and quality regulations.
▪Reporting accidents, safety violations, or other concerns.
▪Assisting in planning and improving processes and product quality.
