Managing multi- programs & projects, managing project teams, engineering & technical teams, and field implementation teams. Partnered with world leading suppliers (Motorola, Aviat Networks, Rohn Int., Al-Babtain LeBlanc, Cobham, Madalas) to build and operate secure TETRA telecommunication networks and In-Building Solutions. Efforts includes; civil construction (buildings, Towers, etc.), transmission (MW, Fiber-Optics, etc.), RF radios, electromechanical systems, security and surveillance systems, networks control and switching centers, dispatch centers, and workshops.
~ Managed large scale program composed of (3) large projects for designing, constructing and operating (400+ RF sites) TETRA communication networks in Kingdom for Ministry of Interior.
~ Managing 2 O&M projects for Royal Guards and Ministry of Defense, 2 projects to deliver Tetra System Upgrade and TETRA Mobile solution for SANG, and one Security project for Saudi Post. Total value SAR 630+M.
Managed the acquisition, design, integration, test, production and fielding of major defense systems. Test & Evaluation of defense systems. Analysis & Development of system’s modernization solutions. O&S cost reduction.
~ Managed a complex and large program ($1.8B+) involved redesign, integration, testing and production of M1A2S tanks through FMS program.
