Sharourah BSP 380kV/132kV & STATCOM Projects
• Managed the development and execution of the Sharourah (BSP) 380kV/132kV.
• Oversaw installation and commissioning of 3 power transformers (502 MVA, 380/132/13.8 kV).
• Directed the implementation of a 380kV Gas-Insulated Switchgear (GIS) with a one-and a-half busbar arrangement and a 132kV GIS system.
• Supervised the installation, testing, and commissioning of a 300 MVAR STATCOM to enhance grid stability and voltage regulation.

• Participate in different projects of new Substations, substation extensions or rehabitation of existing ones GIS or AIS Substations.
• Experience in the field of Testing & commissioning of GIS and AIS, Substations, and power equipment up to 500kV.
• Deep experience in Testing and commissioning activities of GIS/AIS HV/MV switchgear and Power transformers assembly, testing and commissioning.
• O&M of 500KV/220KV/110KV GIS and AIS Substations.
• Follow up the outage and return of the equipment in service of the electrical substations in coordination with the National Load Dispatching Center (NLDC).
• Writing administrative and technical reports for the administrator.
• Managing a group of technicians and workers to do various maintenance activities such as preventive or corrective maintenance.
• Participating in different technical committees for various projects.
• Ensuring safety procedures and compliances with safety regulations for workers and equipment.
• Adheres to the implementation of quality management systems and environment and occupational safety and health and passion for on time completion of each project.

Merowe dam is a largest hydro power generation in Sudan consist of 10*125MW alternators and five step-up power transformers (3winding single phase 94 MVA 13.8KV/13.8KV/500KV), 500kv GIS substation and 220kv AIS substation.
• Managing a group of technicians and workers to do scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
• Participating in planning and schedules preparing of maintenance activities.
• Participating in projects of Mega maintenance and new modifications and upgrading.
• Ensuring safety procedures and compliances with safety regulations for workers and Equipments.

• Project Engineer Participate in various design review meetings with engineering department.
• Analyze efficient implementation of all engineering procedures and check its work.
