PROJECT (Al Qasr Project, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia) LOCATION (Turner International, Riyadh, KSA) YRS (July 2007 -February 2010) Supervision and comstruction management contract Responsibilities:
•Responsible for ensuring the execution and coordination of all the construction engineering services for the structural, architectural, electrical & mechanical works.
•Overseeing the direction and administration of the contractors and their compliance to the quality assurance program.
•Worked in establishing and managing the different functions of engineering department, Leading a team of engineers with different disciplines (Electrical and safety) in providing efficient, effective and professional support for project execution within the time and cost frame.
•Cost control and schedule commitments.
•Managed project commercial issues and variation claims, monthly payments.
•Conduct and coordinate all technical progress meetings with several clients and their representatives.
•Followed up with Consultant and contractors for technical issues.
•Chaired weekly progress meetings with contractors and consultant.
•Demonstrated ability to direct a team of technical professionals to meet or exceed project goals. Recognized for attention to detail, adherence to standards, with highly developed technical expertise with exceptional skills in managing teams.
•Daily monitoring the work.
•Maintaining the project documents (shop drawings, materials, etc.) Logs updated.
•E1 log (general requirements, shop drawings, materials, method statements)
