•Working in the sites and understanding the customers' requirements and updates to be applied on the system (VistA).
•Responsible about all technical issues and controlling for two hospitals and five health centers (Primary and Comprehensive).
•Provide hardware and software support for our printers.
•Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
•Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
•Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
•Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
•Testing and evaluating new technology
•Validate and verify the accuracy of the system, test and check the quality of the software.
•Prepare and analyze data and reports upon request.
•Provide any support needed (hardware and software).
• Implementing Hakeem Project using VistA (EHR).
• Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities,
performance requirements and interfaces.
• Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware,
or to improve its performance.
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of
design within time and cost.
• Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance.
• Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to
ensure specifications are met.
• Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of
design.
