Meeting with consultants for preparation of Conceptual Design / Planning, Presentation, preparing Drawing and Working- Drawing, Project Management, Site Coordination and Team Management.
• SAUDI GERMAN HOSPITAL, DUBAI.
One of the prestigious joint venture of Saudi German Hospitals Group is a 300 beds hospital, in Al-Bashra III District, 12 km from main city of Dubai. Land measuring 90, 000 sq mtr allocated for the hospital. Designing a world class hospital equipped with most modern amenities and state of art equipments. The structure is five floors high with two basements including a usual public-oriented departments on ground floor.
• GOLDS GYM, JEDDAH, KSA
Gym providing beauty and fitness facilities comprising of a Spa, Beauty Club, Hair Saloon, Boutique Club (Higher) etc.
• AL-BATTERJEE MEDICAL COLLEGE, JEDDAH
Role: Preparing Detailed design work and On-site Coordination.
The college, equipped with latest technology and E-learning techniques, was affiliated with Heidelberg University and Siemens- Germany. The total plot size is 92, 410 Sq-Mtr land in Obhur, Jeddah. It accommodated 4000 students (Capacity can be maximized up-to 20, 000 students). The deisgn included an Auditorium with the seating capacity of 1100. The design concepts and specifications for the medical college were prepared by the Group in consultation with B.G.K, a leading consulting company in Germany.
• Blood Bank, Jeddah
Role: On-site supervision and coordination with other consulting associates.
The structure comprises of 3 floors with facilities of blood donation cabins, blood sorting, storage and distribution areas on ground floor, offices & lecture rooms on first floor and a large auditorium and meeting rooms on second floor.
Responsibilities include Preparation of Conceptual Design & Planning, Presentations, Project Management & Site Coordination.
• MEDICAL CENTRE, OKARA
Prepared conceptual design of 25 Bed Basic Health Units
• H.H SHAIKH ZAYAD INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, Sector I-8 Islamabad
Designed the Auditorium building and Library Block of the school. Also, Designed Interior of the Auditorium building.
• Interior Design - GUEST HOUSE VILLA AT UPPER MALL, Lahore.
Completed with a cost of PKR 26 Millions.
Discussing term of reference of the project with the clients, Consulting with other construction professionals regarding the design, Preparing and presenting design proposals and reports to the client, Advising them in details about the viability of the project, designing and in project management, meeting deadlines and financial budgets, Producing detailed workings, sketching and specifications using software packages, Specifying the quality and nature of materials needed, Preparing presentations and tender applications, Negotiating with other professionals and the contractors, Preparing applications for the plans and building control departments, Supervising the project till the end, Working with the construction and contractor managers for obtaining permits.
