During my work tenure in Extreme Engineering Solutions, I formed a Joint Venture with a company in Uzbekistan to execute telecom services projects there. Projects details are also coming in Extreme Engineering Solutions experience as it was under the same venture. I stayed in Uzbekistan for 2 years initiated the projects and the HR from Pakistan and executed till the completion of the projects.
