Developing PMO methodology.
Developing Agile PMO methodology.
Onboarding projects into PMO tool and cleansing projects.
Aligning projects with OKR for Misk objectives
Manage some of strategy projects to CEO office
Prepare the project weekly report to EP “executive panel” meeting
Following up with projects managers to update projects status
QC to all project information (card, plan, charter, closure)
Training projects managers on PMO methodology.
Providing required support to operate EPM software and Dashboard.
Gathering strategies initiatives data and making sure that all aligned projects fit to the strategy projects
Ensuring project management standards “PMI” are followed by Projects and Programs Managers.
Assessing initiatives creating among the university and linking the sub projects.
Training PMO team on the applying PMI standard and technical skills.
Gathering initiatives and projects data, and providing information for management review.
Continues evaluation of the PMO performance and improving it.
Connecting initiatives and projects to the strategy goals.
Monitoring related projects in the portfolio and making sure that the resources are sharing successfully.
Capturing projects requests and ensuring each request has sufficient information to assess the projects.
• Managing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, including project initiation/proposals, project delivery, stakeholder management, post implementation review and project close out / handover.
