ITT EXELIS. THEATER TRANSITION TEAM 2007 to 2014 (HR
Department).
1) The mission of T3 for the Theater is as follows:
a) T3 provides proper accountability of transitioning employees in and out of Kuwait
for theater management
b) T3 members work to ensure the processing of personnel traveling in and out of
Kuwait is assisted to the best of the team’s ability.
c) T3 members perform various coordination efforts to work with Middle East Business
Office (MEBO), Project Managers, for various contracts. We provide assistance with
transportation, escort, and tracking of personnel.
d) T3 provides assistance to Human Resources (HR) at the MEBO on various issues,
ranging from escorting personnel, in-processing, distribution of documentation and
general meetings with ITT employees.
e) T3 provides up to date information on changing issues between military
organizations, Kuwait Immigration and requirements for contractors at Ali Al Salem
LSA, Kuwait.
f) T3 schedules, organizes, and coordinates briefings with HR, security, and the
Program Management Office
