1. Task Force Commander / ISAF Head Quarter in Afghanistan ( Dec 2013 - Jul 2014). Work with ISAF (operation Enduring Freedom) at Bagram Airfield Base. The following are the main duties:
• Leading Jordanian Troops as part of ISAF forces in Afghanistan
• Joint planning with ISAF leader
• Execute Humanitarian mission to the local Afghan
• Coordinate with multi-national forces with Bagran Airfield
• Mediate between local and ISAF leaders
• Negotiation with Afghan Local
The main tasks and duties during this position are as follows:
•Command, train, and develop approximately 550 soldiers through implementing the training curriculum
Make decisions through identifying and analyzing issues related to the training and
•Lead soldiers/subordinates in different and difficult situations.
•Prepare subordinates to accomplish the mission effectively and efficiently through conducting limited training that aimed to enrich their knowledge and enhance their institutional awareness.
•Set all environmental factors for conducting training in different aspects
•Organize all logistics measurement that will support in training
•Managing the brigade human resources manpower (up to 1450 personnel) in various related matters to include but not limited to: logistics, transportation, Salary and compensation, leaves, water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH).
•Coordinate staff work to include: Human resources, finance, planning, logistics, civil military liaison, media affairs…etc.
•Control brigade warehouses and depots for all type of logistics (Class I, II, III, IV, VI, VII, VIII, IX, and X).
• Inventory Process.
•Prepare the Annual Budget for the Brigade HQ and three Subordinate
•Units.
•Manage and control all the units logistics need through supply chain
•Train officers and NCOs to carry out their duties in international peace operations.
•Train officers to work as military observers.
•Develop the abilities of peacekeeping participants to work with the UN.
•Train friendly forces in peace operations on request.
•Hold Law of Armed Conflict courses for Officers.
•Lecturing different units of Jordanian Armed Forces on subjects related to peace operations and the law of armed conflict
•Monitor and supervise armistice agreements.
•Prevent a resurgence of violence and disturbances.
•Support the reconstruction of democratic institutions.
•Secure humanitarian help to the local population.
•Monitor and assist refugees and displaced persons to their homes.
•Support demining and human rights initiatives
•Investigate incidents and violations
Execute all orders and guidance of the commander
Control, Supervise and guide battalion staff
track all personnel and logistic issues
Coordinate with brigade staff
inspect and check the barracks
Prepare all facilities for training
•Facilitate and coordinate all Humanitarian activities with both sides Military and Civilian agencies and NGOs within the area of responsibilities
•Receive, validate, coordinate, and monitor requests from humanitarian organizations for routine and emergency military support
•Coordinate responses to requests for military support with Service components
•Coordinate requests to NGOs for their support
•Facilitate of a logistics distribution system for food, water, and medical relief efforts
Overall command responsibility for a company of 150 Soldiers
•Command, train, and develop approximately 150 soldiers through implementing the training curriculum.
•Lead soldiers in different and difficult situations
•Develop soldiers’ capabilities and professionalism
•Managing all human resources requirements for soldiers to include (training, developments, salary, leave, etc.).
•Make decisions through identifying and analyzing issues related to the training and
•Prepare soldiers(mentally and physically) to accomplish the mission effectively and efficiently through conducting limited training that aimed to enrich their knowledge and enhance their institutional awareness.
•Set all environmental factors for conducting training in different aspects
Teach English as a second language for Jordanian officers and Non-Commissioned Officers
Translate Legal documents for English to Arabic and Vice Versa
I Hold a Master degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University - USA. My GPA is very High (3.96). I earned an outstanding Certificate from the University for a high GPA. I am a member of Delta Mu Delta (ΔΜΔ) which is an international honor society that recognizes academic excellence in Baccalaureate, Master's, and Doctorate degree business administration programs at Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP)-accredited schools. I attend many seminars during my preparation phase for Master at Webster University. These Seminars focuses on Human Resources and the preferable way in dealing with subordinates / employees. In addition to this I attend several lectures at USA regarding Leadership. In my Thesis I focus on leadership and its impact on subordinates (the main topic of my thesis is Does Situational Leadership Increase Organizational Productivity?) I have several years of experiences in the field of Human Resources development and training through my service in Jordan Armed Forces
