- Identifies operational priorities by assessing operational objectives, determining project objectives, such as efficiency and cost savings.

- Preparing Monthly reports for all the Projects with a timeline that shows the days pending for releasing the units to customer

- Conducting Kick off Meeting once receiving any order from SALES/EXPORTS by approving the Technical Specification that has been submitted to the client

- Reviewing Project’s Production Plan with the assigned Production Engineer to confirm delivery dates are as planned

- Updating Kick off Meeting dates on ORACLE system to control the flow of materials on time

- Controlling Man Hour for each project based on the Production Plan given by Production

- Monitoring Projects on shop floor to verify the Plan given by Production

- Conducting Workshop Meeting every month for all Projects and to review pending jobs between Design and Production departments

- Monitoring Unprocessed materials based on Production need by date given previously by Production Department, and to study the reason of delay

- Contacting suppliers to arrange delivery for major items that would affect delivery dates

- Communicating and accompanying Customers for Factory Inspection/Testing/Visits
