I am currently working with Bethlehem Arab Society for Rehabilitation as Human Resources and Admin. Manager. Allow me to put in front of you a motivation letter where I will present myself for announcing the vacancy.

In this letter, I will try to match my education, knowledge, and long experience from one side and the potential needs in your esteemed organization. On the other side, with knowledge of art history and given my experience, I truly believe that your organization is in deep need of a strong experienced, and visionary candidate.

It is with my pleasure and enthusiasm I present myself as an available candidate for this position. Given my education, experiences, and qualifications.

In my current position as HR and Admin Manager at BASR, I developed the concept of management from data collection to us the organization’s management efficiently to reach our goals and objectives. My skills also enabled me to build a solid system for the 362 employees using the most updated technology and the international best practices. These achievements helped BASR to i) reduce the cost, ii) improve the quality of services. iii) Increase the efficiency, and v) decrease the negative impact of the internal employee’s dispute. In addition, I am involved in all relevant details of executive actions and decision-making for the general director and BASR board.

About my education, I have a bachelor’s degree in business administration. In addition, a master's degree in HR Development. Also in regards to the training courses, I took several courses in order to develop my skills through reinforcing my strength points, dealing with my weak points, and expanding to knowledge in the domains and fields, I have not covered academically. Concerning my strong points, which are considered the most important ones in my professional experience. Furthermore, one of the most important qualifications that I have is the long work experience in the field of human recourses, where my experience years are about 15 years, the most recent one is the HR. and admin manager in BASR, HR Manager in solutions, Projects Coordinator in PRCS, and program Manager in PCCH, and others as you will see in my (CV).
