Responsible for the global payments products
Business Analyst Assistant Manager, Channels and Customers Experiences
* Plan and implement all projects / requests for HO and countries to achieve the present objectives, timeframes, budgets and project management /quality standards.
*Analayze and understand the projects /requests requirement s and prepare related documentation, gap analysis and IT scopie and communicate risks /issues & deviations with Ops. RM.
*Manage and perform User acceptance testing (UAT) process as per related polices and procedures.
*Report the project progress to all concerned parties .
*Find solution to any operational /technical obstacles facing the project.
*Deliver against projects/ requests properly and on time
*conduct system testing validating system functionalityand related outputs including accounting tratment advices reports user accesses and system controls
*ensure all projects data and updatesare timely and properly updated
*centrally testglobal projects (onsite and outsite) support /coordenate testing activites for country projects
