To Create & Establishing new Company in FM Services
*Manage all facilities & operation, maintenance activity for (HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, House Keeping, Landscaping, …) in the all Projects in the company including the following:
Maintenance, repair, installation and replacement of assets.
*Prepare master plan for all preventive & predictive maintenance activity in the Sites.
*Create and implement policies and procedures need it for CMMS, Quality, Safety.
*Ensure all safety & healthy instruction are applied in the project as company Policies.
*Develop and design solutions for difficult problems, manage outside Contractor.
*Coordinate with Study Department for new Proposal.
*Coordinate with other departments, Clients, Vendors, Others to ensure the work will be done smoothly and create, develop relationship with Client.
*Ensure a safe working environment for all projects
*Oversee budget, including labor costs, supply costs, inventories, and ensures services are in agreement between my company and the Client.
*Complete and approve weekly and monthly financial operating reports.
*Implement training for employees.
*Oversee small construction projects.
