8. Reviewing the company billing and claims process and develop a billing process and procedures
to ensure claimed outcomes comply with client requirements.
Sets and develops the quality assurance procedures and determines quality guidelines and requirements . Keen in assuring the quality of the products and considers quality is fundamental to all work undertaken in the QC (Quality Control) department.
Researching and probing customer complaints regarding the quality of services, reports and systems and their timely conduct, analyzing the causes of such complaints.
Ensures corrective and preventive actions are implemented to reduce and overcome low standards of performance.
Assured by implementing quality management system designed to guarantee that quality requirements are met in full.
As a Quality Specialist at AlRajhi Steel, I gained valuable experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Quality management, chemical analysis and definition, ERP (ORACLE) data, calibration and modeling (design, planning and scheduling).
I was able to demonstrate my capacity to work effectively in a team and was involved in a major project to transition across to a new American Stander (ASTM), Saudi Stander (SASO ASTM -A615:2015 and updating the ISO (9001, 2015).
