• Head of convergence billing department, responsible about applying marketing offers and requirements that are related to Fixed, ADSL and mobile on BSCS and CCBS billing systems.
• Defining the team and department short and long term objectives.

Billing expert in Orange Jordan over BSCS billing solution from LHS group (Ericsson), and my job includes administration and development and analysis for any new requests received by business units .
My job as support engineer, includes many tasks. related to systems development and administration which have many sides like gathering customers requirements and developing some parts in the billing system. in addition to the administration of this system.
Another role is to give on site support and deployment.
I work as support engineer, as outsourcing with VivaCell, to complete all implementation of the new Billing solution installed in the company. including Mediation, Interconnect, Point of Sale, Roaming, Rating and integration with Ericsson network equipments.
I worked as application developer on Oracle E-business Suite 11i, to developed customized forms and reports. in addition to creating reports based on XML publisher and Oracle Discoverer.
in addition to that i designed and developed Umniah Dashboard using Oracle Forms 10g, which give KPI's about compnay performance in daily bases.
I designed and developed a system called Tender Tracking System for this company, to track all tenders which the company participate in. the system developed using Oracle 10g Forms and Reports, and the using Oracle Database 10g.
I worked in the computer shop of this company, as technician in computer maintainance, and building computers
I toke course in Oracle BI discoverer administrator and desktop in addition to the discoverer viewer and viewer plus.
I was in trainging course about telecommunications billing solution including (Mediation, Provisioing, Interconnect, Roaming, Rating and CRM)
I have attended a course from authorized Oracle University Instructor about Purchasing Module in E-Business Suite 11i
A course about Oracle E-Business Suite Workflow Module.
Through this course i learned how to use Order to Cash module in E-business suite.
I finished My study with Excellent Degree and 85.7 GPA, with the highest marks in system and analysis courses in addition to programming courses. I have A good skills in system analysis and design, and good skills in Usecase ,ERD, Sequence Diagrams. I got many excellence certificates from the university.
I have MCP certificate since 2001, and I achieved all MCSE 2000 Courses.
