• Responsible for Creating of Mission Information Book (MIS) for firefighter, including site surveying, GIS coordination and drawings using computer programs ArcGIS and AutoCAD.
• Responsible for Creating Escape and Rescue Plan (ERP), including site surveying, design, drawings using computer program AutoCAD.
• Responsible for Escape Signage Consultancy service, including site surveying, design, drawings using computer program AutoCAD.
• Responsible for security and infrastructure system design, pre-construction and project management activities, including site surveying, estimating, design, coordination and installation drawings using computer programs like Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
• Review legal contracts, scopes of work, specifications, plans and codes to design cost-effective systems that are code and contract compliant.
• Handle the Company’s Key Customers including the UAE Arm Forces and Abu Dhabi Police Department.
• Devise procurement strategies, installation budgets, schedules and plans for each project to maximize financial performance.
• Assist estimating department with project bids, evaluating third party design as value engineering when possible.
• Allocate installation resources as needed, training installation crew leaders.
• Accountable for project milestones and deliverable.
List of Major Project:
1- E-gate; fully automatic bordering and security gates Solution for immigration at airports in UAE.
2- Fully integrated Monitoring and control system for Fire fighting stations in UAE Army bases.
3- Several Project with UAE Army and AD police for (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion detection system, Structured Cabling System, OSP/ISP Infrastructure, Networking, Data center, operation room, Time Attendance, and Gate barriers).
• Designing and installation of low current systems for Commercial, Residential Buildings and Towers, including (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion detection system, Structured Cabling system, Fire Alarm system, ..etc)

1- Diamond-2 residential building (G+15F) at Dubai.
Supervising for Access Control, Gate Barrier, SMATV, Structured Cabling system according to TECOM (DU) Standards.
2- Marsa Hotel (G+13F) at Sharjeh.
Designing, Tendering, Supervising for PABX system, Networking system, Structured Cabling system according to Etisalat Standard.
3- Hashim Al-Dabel Building (G+8F) Dubai
Designing, Tendering, Supervising for Access Control, Phone Access Intercom System, Gate Barrier, SMATV, and Structured Cabling system according to TECOM (DU) Standards.
4- Sheika Louloa Building (G+14F)
Design, Tendering, Supply and supervision for Structured Cabling, Gate Barrier and Intercom.
5- Hashim Al-Dabal (G+27F) Commercial and residential Tower Design, Tendering, Supply and supervision for Structured Cabling, Access Control, Gate Barrier, SMATV, CCTV and Intercom.
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance for the Company's list of Machines In Field (MIF)
- Resolve the maintenance tickets raised by the customers
- Replace the Machines consumables and Provide Training on the use of the machines.
- Compose inspection, maintenance, use and status report.
