Information Technology:
Facilitate the repair work if any is needed.
Maintain Kaspersky Server “Administration Kit” and client 10.
Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation.
Assist with on boarding of new users by install all the required Software, applications, hardware, etc.
Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
Regular data and system backups.
Time Attendance “Finger Print “deployment and administration.
Domain Controller, Exchange & SQL administration and maintenance.
Deployment, upgrade and administration of Windows Deployment Server (WDS).
Network maintenance & upgrade.
Assets Management:
Work as part of the team to develop and oversee the implementation of the asset management system, including country and Za’atari Camp asset related policies and procedures.
Help develop and maintain monthly, periodic and annual asset management plans aligned with the country strategy and budget, and in consultation with senior management.
Develop and maintain asset registers, including; acquisitions, maintenance management, custodianship, transfers and valuations.
With program and operations staff develop asset needs assessment, acquisition management, operational and disposal plans.
Execute and monitor the implementation of the asset acquisition, maintenance and disposal plans.
Directly assist the process of assets disposition.
Plan and execute the asset verification, investigate and report on variances, make necessary recommendations to resolve discrepancies, and update the asset register for all offices and projects.
Develop, implement and manage mechanisms to safeguard assets.
Prepare a monthly reconciliation with supporting documents of the asset registers to the relevant accounting records, and resolve uncleared items.
Report on asset management issues as required to internal and external stakeholders
