Analyzing Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) reports, conducting gap analysis, and building code assessment. Contributions also include the creation and submission of detailed reports. Designing a variety of fire protection systems is another critical task. These systems include, but are not limited to, Wet and Dry Sprinkler Systems, Foam Systems, Standpipe & Hose Systems, Water Spray Fixed Systems, Dry & Wet Chemical Extinguishing Systems, Clean Agent Fire Extinguishing Systems, and Portable Fire Extinguishers. Each system design requires careful attention to detail and adherence to code standards.
Achievements: Implementing comprehensive fire protection solutions for a variety of large-scale facilities, including oil refineries, manufacturing and production sites, workshops, train stations, and expansive camp housings. The duties involved conducting thorough gap analysis, FEED, and designing effective fire suppression systems, and ensuring compliance with all relevant fire protection codes.
Design accurate and detailed fire protection sprinkler systems to facilitate error-free field installation. Review work orders and procedural manuals to identify key design dimensions. Ensure that the design is completed within the allocated time for each project. Seek approval from the proper department leadership and obtain necessary permits for the design plans. Create a final sketch of the proposed drawing, verifying dimensions, materials, and the overall structure or projects coherence.
Achievements:
• Contra Costa County Administration Building & Jail Demolition & Redevelopment: Designed & BIM the sprinkler system and standpipe for three stories building 70, 000 SQFT, including a parking garage with car stackers.
• Assisted in designing, BIM modeling, and listing for various commercial and residential projects, including LAX airport. This involved creating high-definition AHJ submittals, which included comprehensive documentation and specifications for the projects.
