-Fix Hardware Problem in all branches (i.e International Brands like ALDO, VISS, SPRING...).
-Fix All Software problems in Mother Company(HQ) and all branched (the software is Infinity ERP, Windows...).
- Support the company Network (LAN & WAN), and connect the branches together using VPN Service and using Lease Line.
-Create New Interfaces that help and simplify the job in company like Stock control, accounting, ....
- prepare an offers to company to buy some hardware and software (Manage all IT department in hardware and software).
-Support 20 Government school and Fix all Hardware Problems Problem.
-Support The same school and fix all software problems for the PC's).
-Support the server software (Windows 2000 server & 2003 server) by install it, install all drivers, Update the anti-virus, connect it on the LAN and On the WAN, Identify all Clients, Create Domain Controler...ect.
- Write Weekly Report about the school status and what is the problems we faced through the week and how we fixed it.
