1-Checking all the debit and credit TRX which is coming to AR module from all group divisions and also from other modules . then distribute this TRX to AR team ( 4 Persons ).
2-Group Emp. Purchases review by making sure that all the TRX related to the Emp. Purchases is completed popularly by doing the adjustment for the right Emp. In the right division and complete the monthly reconciliation.
3-On weekly bases, checking the cash follow and the collections, division wise with all media type for Group Co’s.
4-On monthly bases, checking the receivables ageing division wise for the hole Group.
5-Preparing the monthly reconciliations between GL accounts and all related and clearing accounts of accounts receivables.
6-Follow up all the collections, reconciliation, open TRX which is related to related and sisters Co.
7-Closing the AR period and open the new period for the Group.
8-Follow up the cash locations with collectors ( 3 Persons ) on daily bases for the whole Group Show Rooms. ( KIA - HYUNDAY - ISUZE - Home Appliances - CITIZEN Watches - Office Equipments & Furniture ).
9- Handling all the ( CDC & PDC ) CHQs for the whole Group by :
A) CHQs remittance.
B) CHQs release & bounce CHQs release .
C) CHQs Postpone date.
10-All the issues related to Credit Card Machines and Transactions .
11-Handling All the subjects related to the Show rooms Cashiers on daily bases.
12-Review the Customer Credit Control subjects ( Credit Limit - Credit Period - Payment methods.
1- Preparing all the budget requirements and review it with operations management .
2- Oracle System implementation and using .
3- Preparing the monthly reports which include :
A) Comparing this month number with last year same period numbers .
B) Comparing this month numbers with year budget and discus with management all the variances .
C) Make all the financial analysis and compare with the last year percentages .
D) Comparing the stock position with budget and with monthly stock required .
E) Monthly wise comparing for the brands and the sales .
F) Brand wise monthly wise profitability .
G) G.P and Net contribution comparison .
H) Another reports according to management required .
4-Review and approval of day to day transactions including customers and suppliers accounts Payments and reconciliations.
5-Review banks transactions and reconciliations, payments and collections.
6-Review the Co. purchasing ( internal & external ) by :
A) Preparing and reviewing the suppliers L/Cs .
B) Checking the stock level and make the needed analysis and the month coverage.
7-Review the Co. Collections and compare it with collections targets.
8-Review the Co. Sales Brand wise on daily and monthly bases and studies the variances.
9-Coordination with internal and external auditors.
10-Month end closing and preparation of monthly financial statements (Balances Sheet, Income Statement and Statement of Cash Flows).
11- Accounting staff management. (4 persons).
12- Review the Co. cash flow forecast and compare it with Budget .
13- Review the financial ratios on monthly bases with needed comparisons.

2-Controlling and reviewing staff salaries and compensation.
3-Month end closing and preparation of monthly financial statements
