- Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work.
-Detailed project planning and control including
-Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan.
-Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.
-Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.
-Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.
-Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.
-Monitoring project progress and performance.
-Providing status reports to the project sponsor.
-Tests program logic according to program specifications and prepare them for computer operations and test the operation of completed program and linkage to other programs and assist in writing programs in desired computer language and ensure program is fully tested.
-Monitors and troubleshoots systems functionality and performance and provide second level support to end-user to ensure timely resolution of complex operational problems.
-Applies and understands industry standard for IT information classification, Cairo Amman bank IT system security standards, information security policy and procedures. Applies Cairo Amman bank project methodology and participates in the collection of project tracking data and in the documentation of project functional and technical requirements.
-Keeps abreast of technological development as related to system analysis/programming and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
-Assists in analyzing training needs for users of vendor prepared packages and makes recommendations for use of internal software
-Liaison with, and updates progress to, project
dealing with active directory, exchange server, citrix inviroment, windows and many banking application (ECC, ICBS, Data Store, Branch Power)
