Key responsibilities:
• Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends, as directed by the Accounting Manager.
• Monitor all banking activities in order to detect irregularities, investigate all transactions in order to prevent fraud.
• Review and analyze daily sales and accountability reports & inventory movements including goods-in-transit with inventory ledgers.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable, include collecting payments and identifying potential risks of non-payment.
• Ensure payments and all other processes are in compliance with internal control policy and other policies.
• Compare month-to-date P&L to the budget.
• Communicate with Manager /or Management on work status and client issues that arise.
• Secures financial information by completing database backups.
• Maintain financial security by following internal control.
• Support month-end and year-end close process.
• Evaluated and improved financial records to make important business decisions.
Key responsibilities:
• Verifying company financial information, review client paper work for errors or non-compliance.
• Assist the senior auditor in their daily function. .
• Prepare the IKTVA audit assessment and input all information related to IKTVA.
• Prepare financial statement for review and translate them to both languages (Arabic - English).
• Enter the financial information for the client in Qwaem (Government portal).
